He enjoys working directly with clients and operators and has experience in leading teams of more than 50 men, to project success. In 2012, Colin founded MInteg with the ambition to be become a world-leader in inspection, maintenance and integrity across multiple industries and employs highly skilled engineers and professionals to help him achieve his goals. As a motorsports enthusiast and ‘point scoring’ rally driver, Colin channels his competitive edge to lead his team to success.
Patrick Gallagher, Director
Patrick has 20 years of experience in providing asset integrity management services to the energy sector, with a focus on maximising oil recovery safely. Having held senior technical roles, such as Senior Inspection Engineer and Pressure Systems Responsible Engineer for major operators, he has unrivalled capabilities in overcoming challenges for a variety of late-life brownfield assets across the UK and Norway. As Director of MInteg and co-founder, Patrick is committed to ensuring the company continues to build its formidable reputation as a market leader in inspection, maintenance and integrity.
Mike Munro, Director of Operations, Australia
With more than two decades of experience in the upstream and downstream oil and gas industry, Mike has worked in inspection services in the UK, Middle East and Australia. He steadily moved up the ranks throughout his career from Inspection Engineer and Supervisor to Inspection Manager and Director of Operations. He has a track record of delivering and managing faultless inspection and non-destructive testing projects and heads-up MInteg’s operations in Australia.
Peter Manson, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Manager
Peter has 20 years of experience delivering the multiple methods of NDT both on and offshore in the oil and gas, nuclear and metal fabrication sectors as well as for the Ministry of Defence. His extensive knowledge of operational requirements from project conception to completion ensures the highest quality standards. Continuous training is of ultimate importance to Peter who undertakes on-going study towards NDT qualifications to keep his technical abilities sharp. He has developed a passion for mentoring and is generous with his knowledge for the on-going progress of the department.
Tilo Phillips, Rope Access Manager
As one of the leading Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) instructors and assessors, Tilo ensures MInteg is at the forefront of the latest rope access techniques, processes and safety developments. He has trained more than 600 IRATA technicians, at all levels, and conducts assessments worldwide. His experience working on complex rope access work spans the UK, Europe and the Middle East on a range of inspection, repair and maintenance projects. Tilo oversees MInteg’s own rope access training facility which ensures technical excellence across all aspects of industrial rope access.
